I am trying to register, but after insert the number the app displays a message that "an error occurred on the execution of operation". Can you please assist?

Is it possible to check balance in my bank account number using this appk? At the first time I installed it I couldn't be able to access my account and even check the balance, how does it work? When I try to log in it asks me NUIT and when I type it doesn't accept. How can I open it? Makes me confused.

As I was registering it could not get me trough page one, on that form. I got stuck in the way that I wasn't able to add mu ID number.
