This app ALWAYS has issues whenever a survey is released. The IT help always suggests it's something with the users phone-delete and reinstall the app. That never solves the problem. The software itself is glitchy and consider the founder of the company is in IT, you'd think the IT help desk would better resolutions than" did you try turning it off and on again"

App forces me to refresh each morning for the QR code. When writing messages it goes in a straight line instead of using a merge field to stay in the section box. Can't direct message the teacher or school for complaint. Has to go to their main system. Update - lost another star. App qr code fails to register 3 out of 5 days a week. Have to refresh. I would understand monthly updates to code. But this is garbage
