I love falling to sleep with the delta waves in background of my ears. So relaxing. I feel like I put my headphones on, open app, and turn delta waves on, then I'm waking up. No kidding.

Thank You. I keep coming back to this binaural beats app because it works 4 my ADHD depression and anger. The preset Alpha frequency works almost instantly when I have anxiety/anger/irritable . It took me a little while to listen to all of the frequencies and realize that the beta and gamma frequencies DO NOT work for me. B&G in fact create more irritability & anxiety. Wish there were more presets in the app.
