One of the user-friendly bank apps for foreigners in Korea, it supports several languages and offers several banking products that foreigners who stay in Korea could apply, such as loans.

It is supposed to be helpful for foreigners. But when I tried to sign up I was asked to consent too many agreements which are written in korean. So, I stopped proceeding right there and deleted the app. Awful experiment

Doesn't work. The app is absolutely useless without a Korean phone number and ARC even though they act as if it's possible to use it without. Their support closes conversations for international numbers as well. Don't waste your time downloading this app.

You need to improve so many things. There is no easy acces option to check foreign remittance processing status and history. There is no system to add favorites account for foreign transfer. And first foreign transfer point.......

The face verification failed because I have a beard these days, but I do not have a beard on my ID photo. The points expired and I lost everything. I think it is a good app but the face verification isn't effective. I booked a phone consultation at a specific time, but they never called. They only called 5 hours later, and I was working at that time. Please fix the verification and lost points, and then I will give a good review and 5 stars.
