Absolutely useless. Impossible to enter location details and trying to select on the map just makes the app shut down. I hope the train service is better than the app.

Old one worked. This one not. Can't be searched for in android. Tickets buying is not working / not even showing error. Just Button flashing and nothing happening. Bring back old one as long this one does not work (stock android, pixel 4)

How can an app be this bad? Can't buy tickets online, and the app is a piece of garbage that also can't process a payment? How is this train line still running? How embarrassing!!

The old app wasn't a high-end stuff, but it was working. Here I was struggling to buy the ticket every time I try. The button doesn't react sometimes, I have to re-login all the time. It is especially annoying, when there is not much time left to buy the ticket. I had to switch to DB app.
