• You will receive an SMS with Reference No & application download link
• On opening the app, you will be auto-logged in to the application
• Help your self with the 'Engine & Chassis No Locator Guide' to help yourself find your vehicle Engine/Chassis No.
• Park your vehicle in an open area with ample sunlight
• Start recording the video - as guided
• Take photos- as guided
• Submit the inspection
• Our team will process the inspection in 1 hour
• Make a payment from the link received
• Policy Issued

Required Permission
• Camera/Storage - To capture photo and video in order to upload your inspection
• Location – For timestamp with location over the image as watermark
• Microphone – To capture the audio along with the video recording

I have generated the Tracking number so many times for my policy renewal after break-in, but not even once has the tracking number worked on the self inspection app. Terrible app, terrible backend tech, terrible customer support.

On one phone with latest Android, as I enter the Reference no it crashes, keep crashing how many I try. And in another mobile with old Android version, able to enter with reference no, but after taking photos not able to upload. Pathetic experience!
