Great app, no tech issues! As suggested in other comments, have a direct way to purchase the programs in the app. Right now, there's only a pop-up that says you need to purchase the course but no way to purchase them.

My experience has been terrible. I waited a few days to download after purchasing. I was only able to listen to day one. Everything beyond that is locked. When I try to download content, I get a message that tells me I must purchase a program to download. I purchased breakthrough on 3/20/26. I've sent 4 support requests and left 3 phone messages over the course of several days. It's like they dropped into the void. Customer service is worse than abysmal, it's non-existent. I'm requesting a refund

First off I love the material. Tony Robbins is the man and I listen to it every chance I get. However, this app is garbage! I "downloaded" everything, so I could listen offline, but it doesn't work offline! (like in the plane when my phone is on airplane mode) I blew through my data last month and this cost me $200. The app used 4.1gb of data. Pretty mad and had to practice changing my state lol. Can't fast-forward or reverse tracks in my car. Crashes alot. Wish I could get it on my MacBook too.

The app isn't working. I used it for the 1st 3 days of the ultimate edge program (which I paid for) and I am unable to access the content. I like the content but the app failed, so I can not continue with the daily program because the app doesn't work. I saw the reviews below and Tony Robbins team left a phone number and email address. I tried calling the number provided, and it was a message from verison saying that the number I dialed is unavailable...
