Happy user! The content is great. I use it all the time when I have a few moments and want some good, uplifting, motivational reading material. The meditation sounds are nice. Often times I'll use them while working. I like that it gives you the choice to have or not to have notifications sent to you when new material is available. I personally like getting the notifications. I definitely recommend this app.
