Breathe and Flow is a complete practice for body, breath, mind, and life. Led by Bre and Flo Niedhammer, our approach brings together yoga, mobility, functional movement, strength, breathwork, meditation, recovery, and philosophy into one integrated practice.

We believe practice is about more than becoming stronger, more flexible, or better at yoga. It is a way of developing a deeper relationship with yourself and learning to move through life with greater awareness, resilience, adaptability, and presence.

Everything is connected. Breath influences movement. Strength supports freedom. Mobility creates options. Recovery allows adaptation. Awareness helps us recognize what we need and respond with intention.

This is Integrated Practice.

THE WOLFPACK PATH

With 1,000+ practices in the library, more choice does not always make practice easier. The Wolfpack Path gives you a place to begin and a path to follow.

Progressive cycles bring together movement, mobility, strength, breathwork, meditation, recovery, and reflection. Start with Cycle 1 and allow your practice to develop over time, or explore the library freely whenever you want something different.

The goal is consistency rather than perfection. Some days practice may be strong and challenging. Other days it may mean mobility, restoration, breathwork, meditation, or simply slowing down enough to reconnect.

Practice changes because life changes. The Path gives you something to return to.

ABOUT BRE AND FLO

Breathe and Flow was founded by Bre and Flo Niedhammer, both E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified teachers. Our approach draws from yoga, functional movement, myofascial release, Animal Flow, Kinstretch, FRC, Structural Integration, breathwork, meditation, and functional strength.

These influences come together through the Breathe and Flow Method of Integrated Practice, centered on the relationship between breath, structure, movement, strength, recovery, awareness, and life.
