I am an adult with autism, and I wanted to try this out because I have children, and I wanted to see how well the app would work. It has very creative ways of teaching children to come up with coping skills and solutions. I sometimes have the mindset of a child and honestly this app is a wonderful way for anyone to learn proper coping skills. Awesome app for sure. ❤️

If you know what this app is for, it's great for kids and adults. If the user currently thinks Sesame Street is for babies, as kids will do at times, try a different app. As an adult, I use it to ground myself when I'm overwhelmed. It's simple and gives you something to focus on. I think it's a great tool to develop emotional regulation and intelligence. Teaches: - physical cues of negative emotions - how to pause and assess - how to break down a problem and work on a solution - empathy

This was a good app that my daughter enjoyed, but unfortunately it stopped working at all. It just crashes when I open it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

I've downloaded and reinstalled multiple times, but we can't get past the first activity. No instructions given and tapping everywhere does nothing.

What a bummer. My daughter loved this app, and it helped her learn to regulate her emotions. I downloaded it for her sister, and it doesn't work anymore. Won't start up.
