Really great app! Woke up in the middle of a panic attack this morning. I was looking for something simple but effective to help calm me, and this app came up. With 1 session, my heart rate went from 117 bpm to 48 bpm and I felt much calmer. Not having to depend on "guided meditation" was a definite bonus. I'd give this app extra stars if I could for making the upgraded version affordable, and keeping it simple enough to be immediately useful. And I can't help but think that the training will help heal both my anxiety and my ADD-inattentive. Thank you! P.S. Would love to figure out how to get a higher percentage on the resonance breathing.

This app is sketchy. It gave me no instructions on how to use the biofeedback mode only demanding I give permission to let the app use my camera to take pictures. Also, as other reviewers have noted, it's not free, but the app also won't tell you how much it is, requesting I enter my credit card without saying how much they will be charging or whether it's a one-time charge or monthly. No, thanks. Uninstalled. Response to developer: My review stands. When I watched the tutorial it only provided information for the basic function. It didn't say anything about how the biofeedback works. When I clicked the link to buy the app I was not provided with an amount the app would cost. Even if this is an error on the Google Play Store, you should reveal to users yourself on your app how much it costs to buy the app and whether that charge is one-time or monthly.
