Loved this app... I really depended on this app. Since my bank came out with new debit cards, I was told this app will no longer work for us, and they offer nothing to take its place. If Bella work for you, you'll find it indispensable. I sure did...not making the adjustment without it very well.

It will not call me to verify my pin. I have tried calling my bank and shazam and the customer service of the app. I have been trying since the switch to Bella and still nothing. Completely useless to me.

I got this back when it was Shazam Bolt, and it worked great even after it switched to Bella. It has alerted me to fraud, but now I have a new card, and it won't let me log in because it said my username or password was incorrect. I tried changing it, and it wanted me to verify a pin to a card that is no longer valid. I couldn't add my new card. And I couldn't start over because I needed a new email address. Very frustrating for something that used to work.

I keep trying to check my account balance, and it says no eligible cards available, but I've had this app for a long time. Tried to re-register my card but it won't let me.

Been fighting to get it registered to my device but every time it calls to register it won't acknowledge my pin that they have me put in, so I can't register on the app.
