Easy to use, although I still have an issue with my sick leave in that say for e ample im sick today I can not apply for any leave inside a three-day window. So eg, im sick today Thursday, I can't go into my leave screen and click on today's date 30th April, I can only select from May 3rd. HR are looking into it bit I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. it's been like it since the first day of use. (2023)

This App has great features from organizing shifts, recording notes, to reporting incidents, and so many others. It helps to organise care workers shifts. I strongly recommend using it. Also, there is a range of professional development team that responds in no time to any type of technical issues and solve it perfectly.

So many issues. Including the Error 20, also not being notified of upcoming shift, or changes to shifts etc.

TERRIBLE! Error 20, so many other problems. I work for a large NDIS provider, and I have recommended they look for a different software. Constant issues with Brevity, always bad feedback from support workers. Even when I do shifts, I can't upload photos, won't let you edit notes. Shifts disappear. If you're looking for software for your staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We paid Brevity to ensure SCHADS award accuracy, but had repeated incorrect rates, invoices and pay runs. Issues were never properly resolved... responses were surface level and didn’t fix anything. We were even locked out without warning, disrupting service delivery. We’ve now left the platform and incurred financial loss. Not recommended.

Deleted fingerprint/ face ID log in. useless I don't have time to keep putting in my password every time I open the damn app. Also super laggy still.
