Complete nightmare. We're supposed to be delivering support in line with EGL principles, not afraid to try accommodating PWS needs because everything needs to be clicked a billion times first. It actually needs to be a lot better than this before attempting to trap us all in this non-workable system. Do better.

Very frustrating!! Get it to send me a new password as not accepting my password. Then it doesn't accept the one it sent me.???????

Good features. Makes it easier to manager shift and leave. Login is a dog. Can't log in on my phone. Have to use tablet spinning wheel is a big issue. Stops you doing anything including login.
