I've been using Brew father for years, and it's a fantastic bit of software. I do wish I could just purchase it once, as I hate subscription models... but I understand why. I wouldn't bother using anything else as it's so feature packed.

There is a reason this app isn't as popular as others - it's much too expensive. Subscription model is a ripoff, & can't buy unlike others. Problems- if the website closes you’ll lose all data. RESPONSE. It makes me mad when a dev defends his app against criticism I didn't make. Free app doesn't have all premium features & is limited recipes. If website goes down, or you stop running it, app is useless as ALL data is on yur server. U haven't defended the ripoff subscription price - U know U can't
