The exercises and "chatting" is really helpful. It plays relaxing music that helps. I'm able to record thoughts I find it helps me get through tough spots when they come up.

Really useful app that really helps me at periods of my life when bingeing is an issue. Helps explore your emotions at times of eating and helps ground you at the moment when you're feeling out of control. There is a food and mood diary, and also a function that guides you through when you have an urge or regret an action to help explore your feelings around this. I've been using this app for a few years and always come back to it when I'm struggling with bingeing

I genuinely enjoy this app. It's a rather simple concept, a form of journaling and recording thoughts but with added support from the 'coping chats'. It helps me deal with the regret whenever I eat something perceived as bad. It helps me when binge urges are non-existent/mild, yet I otherwise feel a little down ...it allows me to put those negative emotions in the past and move on with my day. For me though, it would be of little help when an urge to binge is strong.

Was in severe distress, attempting to journal, and found out at the worst time that there was a character limit. Made everything Much Worse. Wish I had simply bottled everything up, instead. Would've been preferable. It looks pretty. It tells you various mental health related tips. But when I'm in severe distress, all of that simply made it worse. Having to swipe and swipe to get to the journal to make myself feel a bit better, only to get cut off in 600 characters? Rather do anything else.

I would like to try your app, I'm sure it has a lot of useful features but thus far all I've done is install it. Never had the chance to open it before it keeps crashing every 5-10 minutes delivering an error message on my screen asking to wait or close the app despite it not being opened. Unfortunately I've had to uninstall it for now. If you can help I'll happily change my rating.

Must have created an account and deleted the app. Redownload but had forgotten my password. There is no option to reset it, it just keeps telling me my password is incorrect, or I don't have one and my email address is already connected to an account. I have no way of using the app
