Love this app! Makes submitting receipts SO much easier! I haven't had any problem uploading photos, or taking screenshots of emailed receipts and uploading those. Great app!

Please fix This app has been great, but now I can not take or upload a pic so I can not submit a claim. This is frustrating. I depend on this app! Can it please get fixed ASAP! Thanks!

Submit documents feature broken Just had my card suspended for failure to submit receipts. I sent them 2 weeks ago using the take a photo feature, but the rep I spoke with stated nothing was received.

Absolutely garbage app. My emo yer recent moved to this benefits' management company, clearly they were the lowest bidder. I will work through my union to have org move to a competent management company. Two day of trying to submit a claim. "Service unavailable", why are you even online if you cannot accept claims. Race to the bottom with this company. I see the app has been rated as garbage for years. Clearly they just don't care and cycle through companys because they are the cheapest.

Has become a garbage app. Tried to submit a claim and get service temporarily unavailable..... for about a month now. Tried uninstalling and now service is temporarily unavailable just to login.

The app is so limited. There's no way to see if a claim was approved or denied. There's no way to see when they are reimbursing for a claim that was submitted. My last FSA company showed ALL of that and MORE. This company seriously needs to step up their game. Consumers need to have this information.
