I have this on my phone and my LG tv and it works fine. And I have a subscription with britbox. I tried to install it on fire stick, but it's not in the App Store and the only way to watch it on fire stick is to cancel britbox subscription and start a new subscription with itv x premium. Not impressed

The content is ok if you can get the app to play it. I have tried the app on several phones/tablets and the problems exist on all of them. After a week I have given up and hit the unsubscribe button. Pages load when they feel like and to get buttons to respond you often have to shut the app and start again. For a paid subscription service it is awful and one to avoid. The free streaming services can get it right, so why can't they. Very disappointed

Sorry britbox but this is the end, I've had a yearly rolling subscription for the last 2 years, but this is enough, so many bugs that have been there since the beginning, and with no sign that the developers even want to try and fix them, it seems they're happy to just take your money and put nothing into developing the app for the better. So I'm afraid that even though it has a good catalog of programs, I'm now out.
