Hooray! In-app payment now works, so we can now purchase the additional tours (much better buying the whole bundle). It's great to have the whole museum guide available in your pocket. The audio recordings are excellent. I'm really looking forward to my next visit where I can browse the collections using the app. Thanks for sorting out the purchase issue.

Waste of time. I have downloaded the app, but it is impossible ble to purchase the tours bundle. Frustrated member.

Frustrating for tourists! First the app store won't let you download it saying you are not in uk, when I was standing in the museum. Then it won't let me purchase the audio guide saying my card is from another country!!!!!
