Been using for 4 years. Made many "Dumb" devices smart, especially for RF devices. For IR, just get a couple of the "Minis" at specific areas with direct line of sight to the devices, and we are good. Highly Recommended.

Great app! I have a few suggestions that could make the automation/routines even more useful: Please add conditions such as "indoor temperature above" or "indoor temperature below" a user-defined value (e.g., turn on AC if temperature is indoor temperature is above 27 °C). Except of indoor temperature Rise to 27 °C. The temperature sensor displays values with 0.1 °C precision, but routines can only be configured in 1 °C steps. It would be great to allow temperature triggers with 0.1 °C increments.

I tried first to configure my new RM mini 3 using the smart configuration method but failed all the times. Then I reset the device to try the AP method, but the combination RM mini 3 with AP setup mode is not listed (while for instance RM 4 mini lists the 2 methods). I'm about to return it and give it a Bad review

Device is not syncing up to Alexa. I cannot operate the skills that I set in the Broad link app for my remote (RF 433) through the alexa app. It only allows me to discover humidity and temperature for the RM4 Pro device. Spent 3 hours trying to figure it out.

New version is bad, they have designed it to reload devices very frequently that takes time to load and Alexa won't respond to it from the first time you need to repeat the command three times at least.
