For me the app works perfectly, it was easy to set up and includes all my Trane AC remote options that I can activate anywhere, and even gives some data such as hourly power consumption. The design is modern, connectivity has no issue, and it hasn't crashed once

I tried entering in my phone number under account, and the only country service code available is +86 (China). The app does not allow any other country service code. Please fix this problem and add more country service codes, like the United States (+1)

The app is not connecting to the servers!!! I'm based in the Netherlands It keeps saying "failed to connect to the internet" even when both Wi-Fi and mobile data are working properly. Sometimes it doesn't even allow me wo sign back in. This started happening yesterday. Fix it please! I'm using my ACs through Google home, but their interface is terrible. EDIT: Went up for a couple of hours during the afternoon, and now 20:12 CET, is down again. Please fix it!!!!!!

Should be able to file a warranty claim on the unit that claimed Wi-Fi connection. Now that you can't connect to the unit. The Wi-Fi connection just hangs, and I wasted a few hours trying everything.
