I tried entering in my phone number under account, and the only country service code available is +86 (China). The app does not allow any other country service code. Please fix this problem and add more country service codes, like the United States (+1)

Great App. But can there be a way you can switch between internet networks without having to start the process of adding appliances all over a new network. For example, should I be using my home Wi-Fi, and I ran out of data on it, I should be able to easily connect and use the App to my mobile Hotspot without having to go all over the process of fresh initiation. The App should be able to save at least Three familiar IP addresses and their Passwords. Thank you 🙏 🤗 😊

The app is not connecting to the servers!!! I'm based in the Netherlands It keeps saying "failed to connect to the internet" even when both Wi-Fi and mobile data are working properly. Sometimes it doesn't even allow me wo sign back in. This started happening yesterday. Fix it please! I'm using my ACs through Google home, but their interface is terrible. EDIT: Went up for a couple of hours during the afternoon, and now 20:12 CET, is down again. Please fix it!!!!!!

Use AUX Home app ⚠️ instead of this. Thank me later. AC Freedom is full of bugs, half the time cant connect to the internet the other half its just buggy.

Hi, i purchased my ac recently and I wanted to connect it with Wi-Fi and app the ac manual have qr code which I scan and that's your app but when I open this app and try to sign up my account it gives me internet connection error although I have a great internet connection after some attempts it says that too frequent operation try again later so please developers solve this issue🙏
