Awful, I subscribed for a free month but all the videos are locked. Every time I try to contact for support I get sent to an article that just doesn't help at all. I keep trying to fill out a contact form, but it won't let me fill it out. How am I supposed to get help????

I am very unhappy with this app. I agreed to a 7-day trial with prior notification before the end of the trial, before I was charged for a month of service. I attempted to cancel online prior, but I wasn't able to. I waited to receive an email that gave me that option. No email was sent to me. Now I have been charged for a month that I didn't want. I'm also afraid they will keep charging me each month. Beware of this app. It is a scam!!!
