Drivers are very thoughtful, courteous and professional and respectful. I feel safe riding with them being a senior citizen. I'm from a nursing home in Brunswick. You all just don't know how much of a blessing your company has been. Please keep up the good work.

This is the worst rideshare app I have ever used in my life. I often have to use Brunswick Breeze to get around town and every time I use it, I have to call customer service about an issue. The "bus stops" are always across busy four way streets, which are extremely unsafe to cross without a crosswalk near and customer service does not care. Many of the drivers are rude. The customer service agents are rude and short with responses. The cars are also never clean. This could have been better.

You need to widen the location where you can be picked up and dropped off I don't live in those other locations, and I'm not walking to meet a cab you should be able to go wherever I need you to
