Worst service provided. Book for 2 slots. 1 slot taken and another slot wasn't taken. For the slot taken, the timing was rescheduled from 2pm to 4pm. Then, the cleaner mentioned she didn't bring the cleaning materials and ask to use our own. What kind of cleaning service is this? And the refund will take 25 days? What?? U guys short in cash, is it?

AC guy did not fulfill the steps to clean our units and proceeded to charge us 900k for a basic filter clean. He also damaged our ceiling. Customer service said they won't do anything to help and put out vague threats of legal action.

Cannot add credit card to pay, Zalo support is absolutely useless with moronic autoresponder with no human review, 1 instance of human review left a wrong review and then left it for Zalo auto response again. Absolute trash support.
