Had a great experience. A professional cleaner, fully equipped, but the app can be better to have options to hire two cleaners at once instead of one. Currently, only the deep clean option is available for two cleaners but the price is significantly higher

They threaten you with Reputation Points, yet hide this point system from you. Points are reasonable to encourage civility. Hiding them is Disingenuous! Worse, they doc you for cancelling a service request that nobody has accepted, meaning zero people would be impacted. If nobody is impacted negatively, it shouldn't ruin your reputation. Disingenuous and short-sighted!

Worst service provided. Book for 2 slots. 1 slot taken and another slot wasn't taken. For the slot taken, the timing was rescheduled from 2pm to 4pm. Then, the cleaner mentioned she didn't bring the cleaning materials and ask to use our own. What kind of cleaning service is this? And the refund will take 25 days? What?? U guys short in cash, is it?

Got a good experience the first time then received notifications with discount codes which never worked even if I tried to book immediately. Discount codes on internet are also not working which makes the price too expensive. So better go back to my previous Helper then paying extra 40%.
