Cleaner did an okay job with their swifter, I don't provide valid payment methods going to continue using the app because I can exploit cleaners for free labor and get them to clean 4 washrooms in my house in two hours

Though first two bookings were no show. Third person showed up (atlast). There is less commitment from dimmers (cleaners) mapped to you. If no show your schedule can be up for toss. Though customer service tries to help best they can to reorder or find new person. There should be a guarantee on the service, may be service provider when accepting a job gets to pay a deposit which will be released post job completion?

This app is a joke as is the canadian company that owns it. Read their website. No one is background checked. No one has to prove they are qualified. In fact the website flat out says you don't need any experience at all. I also caught them red-handed leaving reviews in the Apple Store, and they have done the same here. Watch for reviews with similar or exact wording who seem to claim they got stellar service and had no issues because all the ones that look like humans left the review the service was poor, the app has problems and if someone even showed to do work the quality was subpar. For the price you can find an actual cleaning company that is a business in YOUR TOWN that will be able to make you remove this app faster than it installed. Across the board the Diem app and all that comes with it are JUNK. Also take notice how many of the 'good' reviews are from foreigners that if you look at their profile are all one review blank accounts.

Terrible customer service. They said they will refund me 86 dollars for a job marked complete. But never did. I'm going to sue this company. Stay away!
