We have been getting the MowSnowPros to do our mowing, spring and fall cleanup as well as snow removal, and they always do a great job.

I have used their service a number of times, there are definitely some issues especially with the recurring. Sometimes they send someone out when there is the thinnest layer of snow you could imagine. They missed about a third of the sidewalk when shoveling, I asked them to complete the job that I paid for. They are now not responding to my email communication about the issue.

I want a service from you, why do you need to access my photos and videos??? Pls don't give me this lame answer of thumbnail, image etc. I have been delivering for SkipTheDishes for 3yrs, we never felt the need of thumbnail or house image. This can be misleading as the Google doesn't update house image every year. My house got different color sidings 3yrs ago. Still Google is showing image taken 5yrs ago. So this is not a valid reason. Take the permission off I want more people to join you.

Downloaded the app, entered all my info, then waited for them to email me the code to verify my email address. Got the "welcome" email. Still waited for the verification code email. Resubmitted so many times. Finally, got the code and the app said it expired (I literally opened the email when it got to my email, then entered it). Resubmitted for a new code, and it said to enter a valid code. Triple checked I entered it correctly (its 4 numbers, so not brain surgery)... still never got access
