I asked for extra chores and lawn service did a wonderful job. Green Pal is an easy-to-use app. Click a couple of buttons and the Lawn Service is paid or just let it alone, and it will automatically pay the lawn service

This app is terrible, don't install! My mom made an account using my address, and when she deleted it so that I could use it the Green Pal support ppl told me the address is gone forever and unusable, and recommended OTHER apps. So dumb. What if someone makes an account using their address, then sells to another person? That person can never use this app for the home they OWN AND JUST BOUGHT? Save yourself the hassle and use a different app. Note: Customer support does nothing to help

I wouldn't pay the upcharge on a lawn cutting and wanted a different person because that guy wasn't going to do it he said three days in a row he'd come each day he would have some excuse then the last day cancelled without saying anything booked me for an upcharge when I told them I didn't want to, and I wanted someone else they told me I couldn't nd I had to pay him or thell delete my account mind you I originally offered the guy more than the upcharge the original piece was 56 vs 52 no logic.

Use another company The customer support is absolutely useless. Lawn care providers abuse the system and violate terms of service, and they do nothing about it but send you copy and paste responses. When you threaten to leave them, they give you a list of competitors. Sarah from customer support literally doesn't care if you use them or not, but if you delete your data once, they tell you can NEVER sign up again, Which means they aren't really deleting all of your data when they delete it.

The mowing is great but its irritating that my days changed 2 times. I chose the day based on my paychecks and the mows are being done too early. Ok fine I can make it work, but also my amount of mows has been changed again. I scheduled for 11 mows, and it got changed to 14. Tried changing back to 11 and got put with 14 again. Its irritating I didn't approve anything I just received an email saying it's been updated.

My password expires every time there is an update. Note how I spelled 'password.' Green pal spells it 'password.' Morons.
