Knew nothing about this service or app until I started looking for someone to do my grass. I knew who I DIDN'T WANT to go to again and am so pleased you guys popped up as an option. Extremely grateful for your hard work, your service and for making things not just simpler to do as far as getting someone and scheduling but also for the number of options to choose from BUT MAINLY FOR the caliber of people you CLEARLY take time to screen, that are available and CHEERFULLY willing to do LAWN CARE!!!

I asked for extra chores and lawn service did a wonderful job. Green Pal is an easy-to-use app. Click a couple of buttons and the Lawn Service is paid or just let it alone, and it will automatically pay the lawn service

The app was great, then it said I needed to update. It wouldn't give me an option to update it. So I uninstalled it then I reinstalled it, and then it told me I needed to update it. Then when I clicked update it wouldn't actually update, so this has been fun

I wouldn't pay the upcharge on a lawn cutting and wanted a different person because that guy wasn't going to do it he said three days in a row he'd come each day he would have some excuse then the last day cancelled without saying anything booked me for an upcharge when I told them I didn't want to, and I wanted someone else they told me I couldn't nd I had to pay him or thell delete my account mind you I originally offered the guy more than the upcharge the original piece was 56 vs 52 no logic.

Sent me bids from companies that canceled because they don't even service my region 3 times in a row... I was scheduling a 1 time mow because I'm not going to lock myself into a contract without seeing their work 1st & now (due to no fault of my own) as a result the app says I've used up my "spins" & can only shed ongoing service... The only support is an unhelpful bot named Sarah... Greenpal sux!
