Knew nothing about this service or app until I started looking for someone to do my grass. I knew who I DIDN'T WANT to go to again and am so pleased you guys popped up as an option. Extremely grateful for your hard work, your service and for making things not just simpler to do as far as getting someone and scheduling but also for the number of options to choose from BUT MAINLY FOR the caliber of people you CLEARLY take time to screen, that are available and CHEERFULLY willing to do LAWN CARE!!!

There's still a bug where the app says it needs to update, but no updates are available. Other than that no complaints and I look forward to using this great service.

This app is terrible, don't install! My mom made an account using my address, and when she deleted it so that I could use it the Green Pal support ppl told me the address is gone forever and unusable, and recommended OTHER apps. So dumb. What if someone makes an account using their address, then sells to another person? That person can never use this app for the home they OWN AND JUST BOUGHT? Save yourself the hassle and use a different app. Note: Customer support does nothing to help

The app was great, then it said I needed to update. It wouldn't give me an option to update it. So I uninstalled it then I reinstalled it, and then it told me I needed to update it. Then when I clicked update it wouldn't actually update, so this has been fun

Locks you into two quotes, and after 1st guy stopped showing up, the 2nd guy tried to charge a 200 dollar long grass fee. So we buy our own mower and do it ourselves only for the guy to show up anyway and try to charge us for the cut we did ourselves. App "support" tells us to work it out with the guy directly, guy does not respond to texts, then we cancel all mows only for him to try to charge us the long grass fee AGAIN. The app then locks you in the fee page and won't let you cancel.

I wouldn't pay the upcharge on a lawn cutting and wanted a different person because that guy wasn't going to do it he said three days in a row he'd come each day he would have some excuse then the last day cancelled without saying anything booked me for an upcharge when I told them I didn't want to, and I wanted someone else they told me I couldn't nd I had to pay him or thell delete my account mind you I originally offered the guy more than the upcharge the original piece was 56 vs 52 no logic.
