App crashes a lot, and throws a lot of errors. Also, customer service is difficult to get ahold of. I understand they're just contracting the lawn pros, but you'll get a lot of no-shows.

UPDATE do not trust this company used them for the summer because I travel and the guy cut my grass in the same direction every time now I have ruts, and they refuse to do anything. UPDATE was contacted by the CCB, and they helped as much as they could but all that was offered was a free lawn cut after destroying my whole yard

Lawn Love is a scam. Do not use this app. Do not give them money. They skip service without even showing up, say your lawn is already in good shape when it's not, and then show up 2 weeks later saying your lawn is overgrown and forcing you to pay extra fees as a result. They don't hire professionals. They contract random people without giving you, the homeowner the option of vetting these people. One urinated in my yard. Another broke a statue. A third just refused to ever mow the front yard.
