Been great since I downloaded it, no issues easy ordering plus I get to see latest offers, only downside is our collection point in meadow hall never has enough stock in, so usually says out of stock which is annoying as I probably wouldn't of wanted the new flavor unless I saw it on the app.

Apps been good lets you see the choices love the bubble tea. Unfortunately the last 2 visits to our local stand I have noticed even using the app our points haven't been added first visit 3 hadn't been added neither had the 2 this visit apart from that apps brilliant

⚠️ BEWARE the in-app stamp card (you have to collect 10 stamps/ pay for 10 drinks‼️) has an EXPIRY DATE⚠️ I bought my first drink in May 2023 and my stamp card expired in November 2023😡 ▪︎ You pay extra for milk alternatives ▪︎ Staff don't proactively ask if you have the app to scan, so I've missed out my stamps on two occasions👎👎 Very motivating scheme and unsatisfactory customer service received in shop, so I'm disheartened and have stopped spending my money in Bubble CiTea for good.

Doesn't work anymore. Just says the app is unavailable. Email said the app is getting an upgrade, however it also claimed I'd still be able to collect stamps. Kinda hard to do when the app doesn't work isn't it?
