I go to the Raleigh Creedmoore Rd location, and I love the boba tea they have, the desserts are awesome and the service is incredible. I just wish the app would have bonus points, and would stay on your order after you complete it instead of kicking you back to the location screen. The app does seem to have all the options for all the different beverages, only issue is it doesn't stay on the order screen. That could just be me being nitpicky though also. Product are great

I love Feng Cha!! However,; the app sucks. It's difficult to find drinks you like and there are not a lot of customization options. There have been times that I wanted a specific drink but when selected, it already had a set kind of Boba assigned to it and there was no option, in the app, to modify it. On a lot of drinks, it doesn't have an option to change the sweetness level, although it is available in store. Lastly, the rewards' system is stingy. All my other Boba apps have generous reward

There is sign in-store that says download app to receive 20% off but when I downloaded it did not apply the 20% discount and the cashier said it is controlled by corporate and the only thing she could do was let corporate know there is an issue. I have never used the app I literally downloaded it in the store. It was a very frustrating experience
