I tried all types of boba but bubbleology is the best one. My whole family nd me addict for only bubbleology every single day we can't spend our day without bubbleology.so no 1 or 2 star it's always 5star rating from my whole family side.

Every time I scan the loyalty card when ordering my drink I'm not getting any points saying that I've done so

I like certain drinks from bubbleology quite a lot. However, the app itself is not great - you can see the stuff on the menu fine, although it doesn't update with the limited drinks that you can only see them on social media or in store. The worst part is that the loyalty scheme is entirely useless to me and some others as the points are not counted so even if I've bought drinks from bubbleology 4+ times, it still says 0/9 even when I scanned it or the worker manually typed my code in.

I topped up £10 on the app but when I checked my bank account I had been charged three times but still only £10 added to my account. There is no email address contact, so you have to submit a form and have no record of your complaint. Then customer service replied and said they would add 12 stamps to my loyalty card - which amounts to one free drink (£4.69) and nothing like the £20 I am down. Don't trust the app with your payment, they take more money without asking and then don't refund you.
