I booked my tickets through Budget Air, and the money was immediately deducted from my account — but I never received the tickets! I’ve been trying to reach their customer support through both email and phone, but there has been no response at all. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. When you’re spending your hard-earned money, you at least expect basic communication or assistance, but Budget Air seems to vanish after payment. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from t

Very bad experience in these apps.don't purchasing any more deal to cheating. And the price of show off is just first step of you to step in and transfer to other agent for second step to cheating you more money and maybe multiple figure you need to pay more. Totally cheating app and advice to anyone's who really need to buy airline ticket please directly buy from airline or other apps (expensive is always better than cheap)safe and convenient and comfortable to deal with.

This website is a scam. They don't respond to emails or online messages, and when they do, they refuse to help. I want a refund for the difference in the return ticket price, but no one is responding. It's a terrible website, and I don't recommend anyone use it.

I had a bad experience with them, I booked a ticket with them, they did not inform me about transit visa requirements or luggage charges however the airline itself agreed on some refund, but they informed as no refund which is almost 30k I have lost I strongly advise not to use this app this is total scam

I have not received the refund for a flight cancelled without my consent and information. Pathetic customer service, no call option, no reverts on emails and no agent replies on the chats
