Rented a truck March 21, me and 2 friends packed all of my furniture and household items into the truck. The front of the truck had spiders along the ceiling. In the back of the truck, THOUSANDS of bedbugs, larvae, maggots, flies, came from behind the wood inside the truck and infested my furniture. Claim has been pending since March 22nd. How much more evidence do they need than 50 pics/videos of bugs EVERYWHERE inside that truck! Absolutely nightmare fuel.

The App did specify when the Rental was due and that I would have a Late charge if I was 29 minutes late, even with my 2 Flight Delays. The car was also Dirty with someone else's junk in it!

Budget rented me an electric car. The App offered a "Mach e (or something similar)" at a lower price, so I took it. I wasn't given Mach e (although they had one there.) I was given a Hyundai with 300 miles on it. When I got to my destination, almost an hour from the airport, upon parking, the car throws an error on the display "BATTERY SYSTEMS FAILURE REQUIRES IMMEDIATE SERVICE." Budget wanted me to pay $200 to it, then (without a car) go back yo the airport an hour away and get another car.

They send you an offer and then won't let you use it. Especially if you already have a reservation, it cannot be used for that reservation.
