$50 reservation cancelation fee? At an airport? 3 days in advance?? How are you going to act like you won't have someone else reserved for that car within 10 minutes? Can't view rental info during rental. Can't view drop-off or pickup location info. You can only see information about the car itself. That does nothing for me. You need to make everything about the current rental available in app.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Budget. Rented a car in Italy for 7 days and was charged over $1300. Most for insurance that I told them I didn't want but was told I had to have. Will never rent from them or Avis again.
