The telephone agent with lie to you over the phone. Do not trust them. Budget/Avis are the same company, and they have a monopoly and don't care about customer service.

$50 reservation cancelation fee? At an airport? 3 days in advance?? How are you going to act like you won't have someone else reserved for that car within 10 minutes? Can't view rental info during rental. Can't view drop-off or pickup location info. You can only see information about the car itself. That does nothing for me. You need to make everything about the current rental available in app.
