Update??? When I open the app it says update available but when I go to the Google Play Store it does not give me the option to upgrade. Get your stuff together guys need to make a reservation

Flint Michigan Bishop airport location is the best I've only seen one employee in the past year she works alone she's always very friendly and professional. She keeps smiling through the long lines I don't know why she is the only one, but she gets the job done she most definitely deserves a raise!!

Update process is terrible in fact keeps telling update available even after uploading the latest version, constantly logs me out. It is also very slow opening. I did have this at 5 stars at one point but seems to get worse with every update

I would not recommend using the AVIS app for prepaid rentals. I prepaid for a vehicle, arrived at the location, and was told no vehicles were available. Customer service instructed me to rent from a competitor and promised to cover the difference. I submitted the competitor’s rental agreement, but AVIS did not reimburse me or refund the prepaid rental I never received. I ended up paying for two rentals and am now out approximately $500. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I'm in some weird update loop setting up on a new phone. I open the app, and it tells me a new update is available. I click the update now button, and it opens the Avis listing on the Play Store. But there's no update. It offers me to Uninstall and to Open. Clicking Open takes me back to the Avis app which tells me there's an update available, which there isn't. Literally unusable with a trip coming up on Monday. Awesome.
