Literally the main reason I go to Buffalo Wild wings and not a competitor is because they have by far the best birthday reward-- free 6 count wings. It makes me want to eat there because I want to support a wings place that feels genuine, and still cares (at least a bit) about its customers. It's actually how I discovered Buffalo Wild wings in the first place-- on my birthday!

Since the app update last month I can't see any of the options for answers during the trivia games. I'm using an Android Pixel phone. And if you try the web it says you have to have the app.

App does not work. As of writing, all menu items for my local store are listed as "temporarily unavailable" which means I can't enter an online order if I wanted to. Worst part is that my local store won't honor online deals for orders over phone. I have had issues with this app on and off for the past few years, but it is practically unusable now. Would be a decent app if it worked, but I've spent few occasions filling an order for the app for it to bug out during checkout.

Love the food don't get me wrong when every time I've tried making an order. I'm always getting a technical issues. Please try again last time I had an actual order. Went through with that. I double ordered a meal by accident.

No more check-in points, receipts all scan as invalid, and manual points entry is also broken. Why even bother with the app anymore?
