I really enjoyed this game, it's fun and has a lot of features and events. But it has one big problem in this game, your loading problem is the worst, sometimes it takes too long to click something especially in a gym. I'll give it 5 if devs fix this problem

I literally resubscribed to Google Play Pass just for this game, only to have 30 DAYS of progress completely wiped out. The game suddenly said Play Pass was inactive after I renewed it. I tried reinstalling, but instead of fixing the issue, it reset my progress to zero. I paid for the subscription, spent 30 days playing, and now I'm being told to start over because of the game's own issue. What a mess. Fix your Play Pass integration and give players a way to recover lost progress.
