Buftaku Subtitle Editor (previously known as Buftaku Subtitle Utility) is a video subtitle editor for Android which aims at editing and exporting Advanced SubStationAlpha (.ass) subtitles along with other common formats such as SubRip Text. It can also directly extract subtitle tracks (soft subs) from video files.
Features: • Multiformat import & export • Advanced subtitle attributes such as outline, shadow, margins, etc. • Subtitle preview with custom fonts • Supports Advanced SubStationAlpha subtitles → Styles → Attachments • Advanced lines ordering/management → Selecting lines from a specific attribute (style, actor name, effect name, etc.) → Apply an attribute to selected lines • Preview subtitle along with a local video or a video from the internet (streaming)

People are too sick to write such a negative reviews like that. The app is amazing and keeps amazing me, Best subtitle editor for android no complain. Just a little problem facing me is that I can't load mkv video, some work and loaded normaly, and others doesn't work. For sure I can overcome this by hiding video area and using split screen but, it would be great if this has been fixed. Thanks alot for such an Impressive app.

Very good app for editing subtitles. It crashes a lot though, and I often end up losing my progress on the files I'm working on and have to do it all again from scratch.

Keep crashing, so you need to save often, and I already have the latest update. Other than that, it's a good app. Perfect end result. I'll give it 5 star if it can stop crashing.

I'm done inserting subtitle in my video which is my project then after finishing, I cant merge the subtitle and my video. I hate this app😡!
