Force closes. Can't even open the app.

This app force closes all the time. I rarely complain, but I've tried everything. deleting cache, data, resetting the app, phone, different internet connections (wifi vs cell data) and there is no consistency. It'll work for a few days then I can't get it open at all. It also requires downloading the standard if you want to view it which made the app data 1.48 GB before I deleted the data. And you can't view any wellographies without an internet connection. I fly alot so this is disappointing.
