Buildup for Android not only simplifies and enhances field construction management it also helps ensure construction project teams have integrated access to all the tools they require on their construction site - using smartphone, or any other computer via the web. By means of the Buildup app - project managers, engineers, construction inspectors along with work managers can easily perform required quality tests, report faults, share and edit both documents and plans, view progress reports in real time, and much more - all within the responsive and intuitive interface of the Buildup Android app.
- Issues Management / Punch List A practical fault resolution system, available through reporting and management. - All the documents and plans regarding your project are available at your fingertips. As well, all active documents are automatically synced to the latest version shared between your construction team members, and it is easy for any member to update these documents and plans by adding markups or text. As well, each project is allowed an unlimited number of documents which can easily uploaded via the web as well as or smartphone
- Checklists/Inspections The ability to carry out quality tests and inspections swiftly intuitively. Checklists are easily generated and modified via the web and may include pass/fail tests, relevant photos, additional text, dates or signatures as needed.
- Advanced Reporting Real time reports are available to all users, detailing both how the project has progressed and its current status. These detailed reports allow the analysis of issues that may be holding up project progress, and if required, presenting information on such issues to whatever level of detail that is needed.
- Notifications Real time notifications, which aid project team members in increasing their productivity and enhancing the progress of your project, helping to solve the issues that require immediate attention to individuals or groups over the course of the project.
- Messaging System An enhanced messaging system, which ensures authorized team members are able to communicate with each other regarding the entire project or any specific unit as needed. All such communication is documented and saved in the cloud for any needed access or auditing you may require to help keep your project on track.
- Documents and Plans All the relevant documents for the project are always synced and up-to-date from the within app or the website. It is easy to upload documents from everywhere, scribble or write over any PDF or photos, and share them with the relevant people.

Works Great. I work with a construction department helping commission new stores. We piloted many programs. Some offered more customization at much higher cost with little real added value. The inexpensive ones offer no more value than a shared spreadsheet could. This company and the app are easy to work with. Simple for all levels of technical skill. Concept is good. Execution is horrible. Constant force closes, bad camera utilization and poorly coded. Do not let these people rob you, like they did to us. For you old timers in construction, there sales pitch is directed toward you, if you really want to know how this app operates, ask your younger generation employees. I swear you will see your battery DRAIN in an hour. Don't trust the cloud, I lost multiple floors worth of work due to this crap ass app. Pen and paper never fail, nor mysteriously disappear on the cloud. All this app does is add an extra step in your work load. Remember, in the business world simplicity will always overrule complicated.

This is a joke. The contractor I'm working for uses this app, so I downloaded it to try and be on the same page. The app needs to approve you, and two weeks later I get a phone call telling me I need to pay for its services and will be contacted again shortly to set me up. Two more weeks have gone by, and I still haven't been contacted.
