We use Project mates to manage 300+ projects with several hundred users. It has a very accessible user interface making it quick to get up and running. Our contractors and consultants are also enjoying the quick turnaround of their pay applications.

This is the most difficult to use program I have ever encountered in 33 years of working directly with Contract Management programs. Run away from it and look anywhere else! Do not buy until you are able to prove it will do what you expect.
