BulkSMS - TZ

Reach your customers where they actually read — their inbox. BulkSMS is the simple, pay-as-you-go way to send SMS in Tanzania. No monthly fees, no contracts, no surprises. You buy credits with mobile money and spend only on the messages you send. New accounts start with free trial credits, so you can try it before you spend a single shilling.

Whether you run a shop, a school, a clinic, a SACCO, an events business, or a delivery service, BulkSMS gives you a fast, reliable, professional way to talk to one customer or thousands at once.

WHY BUSINESSES CHOOSE BULKSMS
• Pay as you go — top up with mobile money and spend only what you use. Never a subscription.
• Start free — trial credits to test real sends.
• Made for Tanzania — local numbers, Kiswahili and English, and mobile-money top-ups built in.
• Transparent — see your exact balance and full transaction history at any time.

SEND IN SECONDS
• Message one person or thousands in a single send.
• Add recipients by typing or pasting numbers, picking from your saved contacts, or importing straight from your phone's address book with multi-select.
• Personalize every message: upload a CSV or Excel file and drop in {name}, {ref}, {balance}, or any other column — each recipient gets a message written just for them.
• Tap a column to insert a placeholder, and the app warns you if one is missing from your file, so nothing goes out wrong.
• Watch character and SMS-segment counts update live as you type.

SCHEDULE FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT
• Set a date and time and we'll send it for you — perfect for reminders, payday promos, event alerts, and follow-ups.
• View and cancel anything that's still queued.

YOUR BRAND ON EVERY MESSAGE
• Request approved Sender IDs so messages arrive from your business name, not a random number.
• Track approval status and manage your senders in the app.

MONEY MADE SIMPLE
• Top up instantly with a mobile-money USSD prompt — confirm with your PIN and you're done.
• Tiered pricing: the more you buy, the lower your cost per message.
• Clear balance, receipts, and a full credit history.

VERIFY YOUR BUSINESS FROM YOUR PHONE
• Complete KYC by entering your details and uploading documents — ID, business licence, and more — right from your device.
• Track your verification status and see exactly what's needed.

BUILT FOR DEVELOPERS TOO
• Generate API keys, test them in-app, and copy ready-made code snippets (cURL, Node, PHP, Python) to send SMS, check your balance, and read delivery history from your own systems.
• Scope each key and keep your integration secure.

MADE TO FIT YOU
• Kiswahili and English — switch any time, instantly.
• Light and dark themes, or follow your device automatically.
• Sign in securely with Face ID or fingerprint.
• Get notified about deliveries, low balance, and KYC updates.
• Invite friends and colleagues in a tap.

WHAT YOU CAN USE IT FOR
• Promotions, offers, and flash sales
• Appointment and payment reminders
• OTP and account alerts
• Delivery and order updates
• Event invitations and RSVPs
• Staff, member, and parent announcements
