I have to clear data and cache every single time I want to open the app, which means logging in again every time. Disappointed to see there's also no sync options for the samsung health app.

The app is not working on my Samsung. I have registered for the steps challenge this month. I have reinstalled the app several times. Which helped initially. But now it refuses to open, staying on a white blank screen. I am disappointed because I can't sync with my fitness app for the team challenge 🙃. Please help
