UPDATE: Previous issues of app crashing and logging out repeatedly have been fixed. However, I still cannot claim using the app. If your provider is not in their database, and you select the appropriate option to proceed with the claim, the app brings up a "Missing details" box and will not let you proceed. Once again, the app is unusable for a basic purpose, and I have to use the website. So disappointing to see Bupa neglect their app, the low rating is deserved.

I'm trying to claim physio through the app as a card has not been sent. I signed up months ago after enjoying seamless no fuss with ahm. This is doing my head in. Not happy - it's taking so much time and now won't process.

Updates to the app make it unable to log in. Extremely frustrating when you go to a medical appointment & are unable to access your Bupa membership. Forces you to "create new PIN" EVERY TIME, even if you tick the option to allow biometric verification. Just keep signing in data/options across app updates! Please! Bupa medical services & staff: Great! Highly recommended. Bupa IT & app dept: Fail. (Also noticed all app reviews say the same thing. Bupa IT obviously isn't reading them)
