Super buggy app. Have been unable to log in and claim for MONTHS

The chat messaging function is poor and doesn't work. It's frustrating to use on the website and on the app. If you are waiting 5 minutes to get a reply and go out of the chat just to scroll through the app, then try to go back into the chat to view the response it stuck on loading. Bupa has millions of dollars in profit but can't even get their chat function to work. Why am I paying $145.67/month again? To have the privilege of having healthcare that ought to be a universal right?
