I can not access any of my documents, the photos don't load...the app is pointless really

This app crashes at every corner, on most occasions it will crash before getting to the login page, the furthest I have gotten is being able to log in, but the second sign in is complete it crashes again. Have raised this with the IT team and the resolution is to delete and re-install the app. After many attempts at this, no improvement. This seems to have been an issue since early 2022 that has not yet been rectified. For the biggest financial commitment in our lives this is disappoint

Once again Burbank updated the app, and no longer works until the bug fixes are rectified. Cannot even login without it crashing.
