Buildups has been a game changer for our business. We were using other systems before Buildups that didn't do the job anywhere near as well, but Buildups has been incredible to work with. Their integrations with our GPS system, our accounting software and credit card processing service are seamless and reduce the workload on our staff through automation, as well as reducing the potential for manual errors in the back office. We love Buildups!

App is constantly down or being updated with a fix. Technicians feedback explains that it's very cumbersome for simple service tasks when you are in the field. When completing a job visit it can take several minutes to enter required information accurately. Usually times out or freezes when completing details. Consistent response is they will always be fixed on next release. AI features don't work efficiently. We are not happy with the price and service at this time.

Ever since my company adopted this, we've had nothing but problems. I shouldn't have to fight with an app multiple times a day and constantly uninstall and reinstall to get it to even load the home page.
