Breeze works is that small American company we all dream of, not some big corporation that doesn't have time for you. If you have an issue or a suggestion, call them right up, Becky answers when she can or calls you right back. Ive been working with them since 2017, and they have been amazing! Recently, I called and had a few suggestions and like 3 days later they made it happen!!! Try that with a big corporation company!

I've used this for years and thought it was a great app for a long time, but it seems that developers are no longer interested in addressing issues and releasing updates. The app does the job, but there are a TON of common sense issues that have never been fixed. Most of these dumb issues would literally take 10 seconds of coding to fix. After years of use when they don't bother to fix basic 101 coding flaws you start to lose faith in leaving them in charge of keep track of business. Frustrating!!

Breeze works kind of sucks. Most recently, I can't open estimates from my phone, which causes problems when I don't have a computer around. I've been with Breeze works for about a year now and can't wait to find another platform to assist my business better (this includes customer support).

Overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't waste your money with this clown show of a Service. Customer support isn't worth anything here, and you're paying out almost double what the competitors charge when you actually grow your business. If you have no employees it's not that bad. 10/10 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THERE ARE A LOT BETTER ONES OUT THERE
