The update is great. Already I prefer it over ios although taking payments still unavailable. It's so much quicker. I like how it opens a new window when doing reports. Like alt tab on a desktop you're able to jump back into the app and add photos without having to close the report. Being able to use a spen to sign reports is a game changer. Keep the updates coming. I have faith it'll be successful.

I would like to suggest something. I like the functionality however I do not have an iPhone and not able to test. I understand that you intentionally designed android app for workers and iPhone for managers. I do not really like iPhone and never had one, you should not make assumption who is using what device. Functionality on the app should be controlled by role, not by device type. I found system very useful however I will have to use laptop on site if I want to do any real work

Last review was 1 star. So happy too now to find that all features are available, and I can use without limitations on my android device. I've been using servicem8 for over 10 years and hated having to carry an ipad, that would always be flat, around as an extra device. Thank you for acknowledging the other 70% if phone useres

This app sucks compared to the apple version I saw today. I prefer the android operating system and don't want to change phones just for one app. I had an iphone as a company Phone before and couldn't stand the thing. Please release an app like the one on iPhone as soon as possible. Ps Don't say this app is not for the business owner. Business owners are also out in the field. Other CRMs don't have a far superior app on one operating system compared to the other, why do you?

Compared to the IOS version this one is completely watered down. I had a quick peak at my mate's serviceM8, and he was on IOS and there were heaps more features on there, and it was a lot more reliable. The sync times for the Android are also very slow, I have to wait a minute for jobs to load on my page. And when I try to add new jobs they don't appear on my page. I have to manually search for them to appear. And when I check out of a job I have to manually set the job as completed.
