I will admit when I am wrong. If I had sat through the training which probably is no it definitely is my fault I would have seen how awesome this software can be. I will leave more updates as time goes on. This is a great piece of software had I learned all the ins and outs. I still hope they will add an offline version for when I am out of the service Zone that would make this Beyond five stars.

Uploading pictures cause it to freeze/lag almost every time. Annoyingly have to shut it down over and restart to try uploading again rinse and repeat serial times till they finally upload. Need it for work otherwise I'd stop using this app

Crashes and/or fails to load all the time. Apply card payment? Crash. New work order? Crash. Log in for the first time of the day? Crash. Actually manage to get your app to load your jobs for the day, so you try to pull up a work order? Crash. This app used to be mostly functional with only a couple minor inconveniences here and there. But now it's almost unusable. This isn't limited to my device as I use this app on my Samsung phone and my work iPad. The one thing it's consistent at is crashing.

Been trying to put the app back on my phone, and it just keeps buffering. It logs me out in the middle of use. It also just keeps buffering while trying to close with customer. Doesn't work until I uninstall and reinstall app.
