Burger 21 Patty Perks

Soooo this is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down, and I'd like to take a minute just to sit right there, and tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air! West Philadelphia born and raised at the playground were I spent most of my days, chillin out maxin relaxing all cool, shooting some Ball outside my school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good, started causing trouble in my neighborhood. I got on little fight and my mom got scared and said your moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air. (Jacob is the best worker there)

That's a tasty burger. I prefer Purgatory, but this is definitely better quality than fast food joints. Oh, my Hubby got a double and ordered it medium. He recommends that if you double up on the paddies that you get them well done. A little too messy and leaves your bottom bun water logged with all the juices running when it's prepared medium. Really good fries, too.

Good burgers for fast food not overpriced.

User-friendly Very easy, user-friendly app. Would like to see more offers as got the app the day my location opened, but only offer so far (besides the welcome gift) was a free punch on punch card.

Don't waste your time downloading this app....or setting up a reward account through this app. The whole app freezes up constantly, and the links never load anything or do more than linking you back to a request to a sign-in page or a restaurant map locator repeatedly. The only thing you can count on this app to do is immediately request you to register for an account when you first use the app (all but forcing you to register for an account using your fb ID, just BTW, since it's the only button that works out of the options you're given as to how you want to set up an account). The app advertises that signing up for an account will allow you to earn reward stars every time your app's reward card gets scanned at each visit (earning 7 stars is what's supposedly required to earn some non-specified reward at your next visit...aka the reward of being told not every location participates in honoring the rewards' card program but will all be happy to scam you, so they can get your personal information and spam it/sell it). This useless app is also supposed to give you the "convenient" ability of viewing the menu and placing your order on the app for local delivery or pick up without any hassle or wait. There aren't any links in this app that make it capable to view any of the menu (the buttons don't even attempt to load anything), and clicking any other button in the app will just cause the app to ask you every 5 seconds to choose a location/enable your device location to be turned on, so it can locate all restaurants nearby (even though it'll list the entire country's list regardless) and then ask you to log in once again.....freeze up and repeat. It's very disappointing that such a high quality burger restaurant would intentionally put this non-functional to even be released for download knowing it would to be of a waste their patrons' time, data, and phone memory - yet, that was good enough for them. That would tend to lead some people to believe this franchise is also of low quality not worthy of their business. Just saying....

This app sucks! Downloaded app and received a promo for a free burger. Went back to redeem the reward and the front counter people nonchalantly tell me...Oh the app doesn't work. The new update will give you your points. Well the update sucks too. The ONLY portion that works is asking for payment. THE APP DOESN'T EVEN SHOW THE MENU!
