It's helpful. Foods are much cheaper here than the other apps that I've used. What I'm bothered is the location itself. Whenever I try to pin my exact location, the customer service employee will call me and mention where specifically my location is. I hope that you will try to update and fix your app into a better version with a better pinned location, im very bothered by they would always call me every time I try to order through your app.

I ordered online via the blue app from Burger King Altamaha, SJDM, as a 1st-time buyer. I ordered 2 items. The order arrived fast, but 1 item was missing. The Grab driver said the store only gave him 1 package. I called the branch, and they promised to call me back. 20 mins later, no SMS or call. I had to call them again myself. What kind of service is this? Very poor quality control and zero follow-up. Please fix your customer service and refund or deliver my missing order immediately!

Please do not remark, COMPLETED, if the order has not yet delivered. Some customers will think that the delivery rider may deliver the item at the wrong address. If the item is in the delivery process, just remark DELIVERING.
